We have a master jeweler and goldsmith that can perform any kind of jewelry repairs, simple chain solder, ring size up or down, to custom made jewelry. All jewelry repairs will be completed between 1-3 days. All customers should pick up there repairs in 3 days. By law, repairs must be picked up within 30 days. After 30 days the repairs become the property of Treasure Island Jewelers. Please pick up your jewelry repairs promptly and you must have the repair ticket in order to pick up your repair.
Exchanges are permitted within 3 days from date of purchase and accompanied with the sales slip. The returned merchandise must be unused and unworn, in original condition, and where applicable, in the original gift box, with warranty cards or instruction books intact.
Refunds, exchanges or credits will not be permitted on special order, altered and/or custom items, items designated "as is" or "final" types of sales.
Custom designed jewelry involves metals, gems, and labor furnished by Treasure Island Jewelers for a specific client. As such, all custom jewelry is nonrefundable, and requires a 25% nonrefundable deposit before work begins. Every effort will be made by Treasure Island Jewelers to accurately manufacture or produce the item(s) so ordered. Full payment upon receipt of custom work will denote the client's complete satisfaction. Minor adjustments, such as ring sizing or texturing will gladly be made by Treasure Island Jewelers to accommodate the wearer at either a modest fee or at no charge depending on the extent of the work involved.
Jewelry may be placed on layaway for a maximum of 90 days, with a minimum deposit of 50%. Layaways are not refundable or exchangeable, and cancellations or delinquent payments will result in a loss of clients deposit.
